DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Take a dose (2 pumps) when needed orally onto the tongue, allow 10- 20 min for the effect and wait at least half an hour before repeating the dose. Take 2-6 doses a day, best results when used sparingly.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml bottle = 230 doses
