DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Dose: When experiencing a muscle cramp, take 2 pumps onto your tongue, repeat approximately every 20 seconds as needed, up to 6 doses.

You can also take one dose prior to exercising to support normal muscle function.
