DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Take 2 pumps onto the tongue or fed on a treat that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple, before exertion for support while exercising. 
Following exertion take 2 doses about 30 minutes apart. Extra doses as needed.

50ml bottle = 130 doses
90ml bottles = 230 doses
